Delivery and installation

If the delivery is taken over from Platinum Spa® Germany the transport occurs, as a rule, by truck about a forwarding agent commissioned by us. The placing with caddy and the connection with the power line as well as the first starting takes over our installation team. Beside these achievements a detailed introduction is also included for you by the handing over.

For the placing by means of spa caddy a width of 1.20 m is enough for passageways/ doors/ gates etc., the height depends on the model and can amount up to approx. 2.80 m. In the approach we will clarify with you which locations (also in order to delivery) are a possibility. In some cases the placing is necessary by a crane what additional costs arise.


Maintenance and cleaning

With the delivery and installation you receive exact cleaning hints and tips. You can also take over the mainetance by yourself, nevertheless, this needs a conscientious and regular implementation to guarantee the longevity of your jacuzzi.
Hence, Platinum Spa® Germany offers you the possibility to let carry out this maintenance work from our service team.

Warranty

The legal warranty of 2 years applies. In addition, we assure you in every rare case of the cases a quick and unbureaucratic handling.
