Our order confirmation

As soon as you have sent your order to us, you will receive our order confirmation with the estimated date of delivery.

Then your exclusive Platinum Spa® will be manufactured for you!

Given that we guarantee you the highest exclusivity and always the newest technology components, you won´t receive a spa "ready made".
After completion of your Platinum Spa® it will be subjected to a rigorous performance test in the manufacturing plant as well as with us in the delivery centre. Because you are worth it to us!

For this premium quality and these services we need approximately 8 weeks.


Payment terms

Your Platinum Spa® is made individually for you right now.

All prices are quoted as gross prices and, provided that nothing else is agreed in written form, ex works without carriage.

With the order a deposit of 50% of the order sum has to be paid within 2 weeks after receipt of the order confirmation. Payment occurs on account. The remaining sum becomes due with the delivery. The delivered product remains property of the seller up to the entire payment.


Terms of delivery

In our prices the transport to your place of residence or the planned location of your Platinum Spa® is not included. Nevertheless, including in our prices are the connection with your electricity supply, the first water-filling as well as a detailed service introduction.

Should you not want to organise the transport yourself, the delivery is taken over by Platinum Spa® Germany. In a separately stated special post for transport we will present to you a carriage offer. We are keen to hold these costs as slight as possible for you.

Possible oncosts for necessary crane works or other special transport facilities we will dicuss with you in advance. These can result if your Platinum Spa® can not reach direct,barrier-free access to the intended placing.

Within the scope of our detailed purchase preparation we will exactly check all these points with you and preserve you from bad surprises.
